Richard Paris, CPA, MSHR, CEBS

Richard brings more than 15 years of strategic HR experience with him to Marcum & Kliegman, where he has headed up the HR department for the past three years. An extraordinary judge of talent, Richard has worked extensively with recruiting, scheduling staff utilization and maximization, employee and executive benefits, compensation, training, continuing professional education, and employee relations. Under Richard's leadership, Marcum & Kliegman has hired more than 200 people in the last year. In addition to his tactical role, he has been instrumental in developing and enacting various initiatives that enhance the Firm's employee relations efforts. These include the Firm's Women's Leadership Development Program, Career Development Committee, and Recruiting Committee.

Richard received a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany, a M.S. in Human Resources from New School University, and a C.E.B.S. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Brian Lucas joined MK Executive Search in 2008 from a leading executive search firm. Brian spentÊthree years as the Managing Director of Accounting Recruiting, working directly with the partners, owners, and directors of national and regional CPA firms, as well as Fortune 100 companies. Brian was responsible for placing both CPA firm employees and C-Level executives, while supervising a staff of three recruiters. Brian graduated cum laude in 1999 from LIU C.W Post with his B.S. in Accounting.
